When Traditional Business Networking

Feels Out of Alignment,

Disconnection follows

You’ve done the events, shared the elevator pitch… and left wondering if anyone really saw you.

You show up… but hold back

You feel the need to put on a professional mask, leaving your true self behind. The parts of you that matter most never quite get space.

You talk… but don’t feel heard

You deliver your pitch, but it never goes beyond the surface. It becomes about collecting contacts, not creating connection.

You leave… more drained than clear

You leave with more tasks and no real sense of direction, feeling like you have even more to do than when you arrived.

You Deserve a Space Where Your Voice is heard and Your Business Can Breathe.

What to Expect in the Soulful Business Circle

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a grounding smudge and invited into a space prepared with relaxing music, soft candlelight, and a floral display with crystals chosen to help us open up and connect.
You’ll choose your place in circle, creating a sense of belonging within the business community.

We’ll open with a gentle meditation, then each light a candle as we share who we are and who we serve — weaving together our stories and intentions as purpose-led entrepreneurs.

Together, using a talking stick, we hold space for one another with uninterrupted sharing, deep listening, and reflection.  No advice is given. No one will try to fix anything. And of course, what’s shared in Circle stays in Circle.

You’re welcome to bring a yoga mat (to get comfy during meditation) and an open heart.

Remember, this is not a workshop — it’s a supportive business circle designed for intentional pause, aligned insight, and reconnection with what matters most. Unlike traditional business networking, this space invites stillness and clarity.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

I know how hard you’ve worked. You show up, serve deeply, and give it your all — but that doesn’t mean you should be stuck spinning your wheels.

I’ve been there too — chasing clarity, juggling a hundred moving parts, wondering why the pieces weren’t clicking.

As a certified Business Made Simple Coach, NLP Practioner and former Saas CEO, I help business owners bridge the gap between purpose and profit — without burning out.

My approach blends proven strategy with deep intuitive insight, so you get support that fits who you are.

Business Networking in Seaford Adelaide
Your Questions Answered

What is the Soulful Business Circle?

The Soulful Business Circle is a monthly business networking gathering in Seaford, Adelaide, designed for local entrepreneurs and business owners who want clarity, connection, and genuine support.

Unlike traditional networking, there are no pitches or pressure—just a safe space to share, listen, and reflect.

Where is the circle held?

Each month the Soulful Business Circle meets in South Adelaide. Often you will find us at Seaford Community Centre, 32 Beechwood Grove, Seaford SA. This central Fleurieu Peninsula location makes it easy to access for business owners coming from Seaford, Moana, Aldinga, Port Noarlunga, Victor Harbour and greater Adelaide but we do have people attend from all over. Get in touch if you'd like to join us via zoom.

Do I have to know anyone to come along?

Not at all. Many people walk into their first circle without knowing a soul—and that’s completely normal. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into the space and supported by the flow of the circle.

You don’t have to “break in” to cliques or push yourself forward. The structure makes sure everyone feels included, whether you choose to share or simply listen. What matters here isn’t who you know—it’s that you leave feeling seen, heard, and part of something bigger.

Do I have to speak?

Not at all. We use a “popcorn style,” which means you can choose whether to pick up the talking stick or not. It’s totally okay to just listen. Some people don’t speak at all, while others only share during the reflection round. However you choose to take part, you’ll still be held and supported in the space.

Is this just another networking event?

Not even close. There are no pitches, no business cards being thrown around, and no pressure to “perform.” The magic of the circle is in being witnessed and connected. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and less alone in your business. Sometimes it’s when someone else shares that a spark lands for you. Other times, speaking out loud helps you see your next step.

You’re also welcome to connect with others outside the circle if you’d like to get to know them more, and everyone who attends is invited into our private online community so you can stay in touch between circles. There are no pitches or fixing here—but that’s exactly why the clarity and connection feel so refreshing.

I’m really busy. Is it worth taking two hours out of my week?

I get it—time is precious. The circle isn’t a distraction from your business, it’s an investment in it. Most people leave feeling clearer, lighter, and recharged, which saves hours later when making decisions, setting priorities, or navigating challenges. That’s why the circle happens during business hours—because this is working on your business, not just in it.

I’m not sure I’ll fit in. I’m either too new / too experienced.

It truly doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in business, how new you are to it, or how successful you feel. The circle brings together people at every stage—brand-new entrepreneurs, seasoned owners, and everything in between. What matters isn’t your title or revenue, but your willingness to share (or simply listen).

When we bring our different views, lenses, and experiences into the circle, everyone benefits. A story from someone just starting out might spark fresh perspective for a more established business owner—and wisdom from someone further down the track often lands as the exact reflection a newer business owner needed.

Will people judge me or my business?

This is one of the biggest fears people have before they come—and I want you to know the circle is built to hold you safely.

✨ Everything shared in circle stays in circle. Confidentiality is at the heart of our agreements.
✨ No one is here to judge or fix you. Because this isn’t about problem-solving, there’s no advice-giving and no “you should…” comments.
✨ We only speak in “I” language. That means we share from our own experience—whether that’s something happening in our own business or a reflection that someone’s story reminded us of.

The whole point of circle is to be seen, witnessed, and held. That’s where the real magic happens—when you feel safe enough to show up as you are, without fear of being judged.

I’m not really into meditation. Will it be too woo-woo for me?

The circle does have a soulful flavour. We light candles, use breathwork and oracle cards, and I often share insights from astrology. It’s a space where spirituality and business meet.

But you don’t need to be “woo” to benefit. Many people come in curious or brand new to these practices. The meditation is simply a way to ground yourself before we share. I weave in NLP techniques to gently open your mind so you can notice new perspectives and work with them in circle.

The oracle cards aren’t about prediction—they’re used as images to reflect on. You’ll find yourself connecting your own meaning to them, often deepening your curiosity or cementing something you’ve learned in the circle.

If you’re open to trying something different, you may be surprised at how grounding and supportive it feels.

Can I get Coaching Outside of the Circle?

Yes! Of course 😍

The circle is a space for reflection and community, but if you’d like tailored strategy and support, I offer private coaching.
